Born To Bloom: Christian Birth Academy

This Affiliate Program Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Amanda Githaiga ("Company") and the individual or entity ("Affiliate") participating in the Born to Bloom Affiliate Program. By joining the program, the Affiliate agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Commission and Discount Structure
Affiliate will receive a commission of 20% on each sale generated through their unique affiliate discount code. The affiliate code will also provide the Affiliate's audience with a 10% discount on their purchase of the Born to Bloom course.
Commissions will be calculated based on the net sales amount (excluding taxes, returns, and chargebacks) and paid monthly for the previous month’s sales.
2. Promotion Guidelines and Activity
Affiliates are welcome to promote as much or as little as they feel led to. After 12 consecutive months of zero sales, the Company may reach out to the Affiliate to confirm continued interest in the partnership.
This outreach is not a penalty but a check-in to ensure program alignment and engagement.
3. Termination of Agreement
This Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice.
The Company reserves the right to terminate this agreement at its sole discretion if it determines that the partnership no longer aligns with its brand, values, or business goals.
Upon termination, the Affiliate will forfeit access to any unused affiliate links, marketing materials, and future commission payouts beyond any valid accrued sales.
4. Payment Terms
Commission payouts will be issued on a monthly basis, covering sales from the previous calendar month. Payments will be made via the method agreed upon at signup (e.g., PayPal, direct deposit). It is the Affiliate's responsibility to ensure that their payment details are accurate and up to date.
5. Compliance and Representation
Affiliate agrees to represent the Born to Bloom course truthfully and ethically. No false claims, misleading messaging, or unauthorized discounts are permitted. The Company reserves the right to revoke affiliate status for any breach of these terms or misuse of the program.
6. Independent Contractor Status
The Affiliate shall operate as an independent contractor and not as an employee or agent of the Company. Nothing in this Agreement shall be interpreted to create a joint venture, partnership, or employer-employee relationship.
7. Agreement Acknowledgment
By participating in the Born to Bloom Affiliate Program, the Affiliate acknowledges and agrees to all of the above terms and conditions.
